Minimum Number of Samples per Entry
1. We recommend sending samples of 12-24 bottles for each Entry.
2. Extra samples could be ordered on 'First-Sips' Online Portal for Buyer Tasting.
3. There is NO Import Duty for wines in Hong Kong.

Step 2: Prepare Documents for Delivery
1. Skip #1 & #2, if samples are already in Hong Kong.
2. For #2 Commercial Invoice : Please state "Samples Only. Not for commercial use"
3. For #3 Packing List : Please include the information as below.

Step 4: Notify Receiver by Email PRIOR to Shipping
1. Please notify Wine Awards Asia via winery@wineawards-asia.com
2. Please provide:
1) WAA Order ID;
(please refer to confirmation email upon your Application; or login to your account)
2) Airway Tracking Number
3. Deliveries may be returned to the sender if received outside of office hours.
4. Samples will be discarded if payment cannot be settled before Delivery Deadlines
